On September 4, 2025, Provexa Surface Technology AB acquired Pollux Ytbehandling AB.
Provexa Surface Technology AB has acquired Pollux Ytbehandling AB, a Gothenburg-based company with strong expertise in surface treatment. Pollux specializes in the treatment of aluminum and stainless steel through anodizing, electropolishing, and passivation, and also provides tumbling and installation of threaded inserts.
Pollux, a profitable and well-managed company, will continue to operate under its own brand, with its current employees and management team. CEO Susanne Nielsen will remain in her position, and day-to-day operations will continue as before.
