On June 24, 2025, Provexa Surface Technology AB acquired Brink Förnicklingsfabriken AB, based in Norrköping.
Brink is a well-established family business with extensive expertise in surface treatment and is a market leader in chemical nickel plating. The company has a strong brand and a long-standing history of delivering high-quality surface treatment services to the industry.
Brink will continue to operate under its own brand as an independent unit within the Provexa Group. Johan Brink will remain as CEO, and the daily operations will proceed as usual. As part of the transaction, the property in which Brink operates is also being acquired through HMark Fastighets AB, a sister company of Provexa.
The acquisition of Brink Förnickling is part of Provexa’s strategy to be a comprehensive supplier of surface treatment services with a focus on quality and innovation. Brink is known for its high standards, which align perfectly with Provexa’s core values.
