Scania – Requirements for Organic Surface Treatment and Painting of Metals. Scania Standard 4113 applies to the surface treatment of painted metal components with specific surface treatment concepts (PP, PF, PS). It defines requirements for the coating of finished parts or parts delivered with primer. The standard also includes requirements for the surface treatment process, covering cleaning, welding, pretreatment, and quality assurance to ensure proper coating.
