Provexa Pluto® is a duplex coating consisting of high-alloy zinc and a black top coat (polyurethane). In total, the layer is 15-25 µm. The surface treatment can be used as a replacement for traditional powder coating and ED coating to achieve better properties for, among other things, UV resistance, corrosion protection, friction controllability and environmental benefits.
