Conductivity

Conductivity is a material’s ability to conduct heat (thermal conductivity) or electricity (electric conductivity). Conductivity is denoted with the Greek character sigma (σ) and is defined by Ohm’s law of resistivity.
Conductivity in surface coating is becoming more important as the auto industry is being electrified. An electric conductive surface can reduce the risk of corrosion by spreading voltage over a large area and thus avoid point loads.
